Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Accounting 4 Life and Tax Services

1. Scope

This policy applies to all consultation and service fees billed by Accounting 4 Life and Tax Services, including fees for services offered under our trade names A4L Holdings and ProLicensor.

2. Consultations

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may forfeit the consultation fee. We offer one courtesy reschedule per client.

3. Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, and Advisory Services

• Before work begins: fully refundable.
• After work has started: refundable minus the value of work already performed, calculated at the rates in your written quote.
• After delivery or filing: fees are non-refundable once a return has been filed or a deliverable has been provided.
• Our errors: if we make an error in work we performed, we correct it at no additional charge.

4. ProLicensor Service & Consultation Fees

• Unused prepaid consultation hours are refundable in full.
• Hours already delivered are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 30 days of the charge by email at [email protected] or by phone at +1 (912) 467-2772, including your name, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

Charges appear on your card statement from Accounting 4 Life and Tax Services. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us first — most billing questions are resolved within 2 business days, faster than a formal card dispute.
